Crushed Stone

The company has a quarry with area of 14,5 hectares located in Sumber Suko Disctrict, Pasuruan, East Java.

The products are:

• Aggregate in many Sizes
• Base Coarse

The products are mostly used by contractors and other user to support their infrastructure projects and some is used to fulfill our own needs.

As one of the main raw material for concrete products, the crushed stone business development will be expanded to other locations.

The concrete masonry products

The concrete masonry products are:

• Hollow Brick.

Many types and size of the products have been widely used in East Java, Central Java and South Sulawesi, especially for real estate harbor (container) and other housing projects.

Selected material, reliable machines of production which are operated by skilled personnel and a tight operating control system support the achievement of good quality products.

Prestressed/Precast Concrete

This business development in prestressed/ precast concrete located in Gresik with are of 8 hectares. The company currently has facility to produce pile, slab, girder, sleeper and other prestressed/precast products.

Production has started in July of 1997 and gradually the capacities will be developed to handle increasing demand.

The production process, supported with suitable raw material, skilled experienced labor and a complete laboratory from the group, is ready to support your projects.

We also provide a wide range of masonry products like Tile, Hollow block and Paving block. Included as a core business is the production and supply of crushed stone and sand from our own quarries.

As our supporting line of business, we offer a number of services such as cement warehousing, concrete pumping and concreting jobs.

Waru-Juanda Airport

The company is very experienced in supplying ready mixed concrete especially for factories, high rise buildings, roads or jetty, which need a continuos supply and quality stability.

The company is also supported by Batching Plant (dry/wet process), Concrete Pump, Mixer Truck, Bulk Carrier, Carmix and other supporting equipment with a guarantee of materials supply such as sand, crushed stone and cement.

Most Batching Plant is fully equipped with a computerized batching unit and a perform Mixer Truck to assure mix discharging at the right time.
