1989
PT Semen Gresik (Persero) decide to separate the operation and hand it over to the subsidiary company, PT Varia Usaha

1991
PT Varia Usaha, the core business of which was transportation and distribution service established a new independent company called PT Varia Usaha Beton to produce concrete product by legal act. No. 18/1991 pf Lawyer Suyati Subadi, SH No.

  • PT Semen Gresik Employee Pension Fund.

1992
PT Varia Usaha delegate the management of the Pandaan Stone Plant to the company

1994
First expansion of the Concrete Masonry Plant in Ujung Pandang. Expansion of Ready Mixed Concrete Plant in Semarang

1995
The preliminary operation of Cement Warehousing and moveable Pile Plant in Semarang.

1997

  • The company operated a new line of business of prestressed/precast concrete product such as Pile, Girder, Beam, Slab, etc. in Gresik , East Java.
  • Expansion of the Concrete Masonry Plant in Semarang.
  • Established and affiliate company, PT Varia Beton Kencana at Jabodetabek Area.

2001
Expansion of the Ready Mixed Concrete Plant in Bali

2007

  • Estalished Stone Crushed Plant JO with PT Unggul Investement in Ungaran, Central Java.
  • Expansion of the Ready Mixed Concrete Plant in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara.
